Our Clinic

Despina Rahaniotis manages our clinic and is available Tuesday through Thursday to answer phone calls, book appointments and dispense products from our natural pharmacy. When you call to book your first appointment, she will request your personal information; a detailed health questionnaire will then be e-mailed to you, to be completed and brought to the first consultation.

Natural Pharmacy (Dispensary):
Map from Google Your Naturopathic treatment program may include supplements, herbal medicines and homeopathic remedies that can be purchased from our dispensary or at local health food stores. Our dispensary is for your convenience and you are not obliged to purchase natural products from us. Please feel free to request a list of local health food stores within driving distance of the clinic.

Naturopathic Visits:
First Visit:
The objective of our first visit (1 hour) is to obtain a thorough understanding of your health concerns and your health history. This is perhaps the most
important step, the listening and understanding of you and your health concerns.

Second Visit:
The second visit (45 minutes) will focus on your Naturopathic Treatment program. We will review the program together and discuss the best way to implement our suggestions.

Follow-Up Visits:
Monthly follow-up visits (30-45 minutes) are initially required to assess your progress and make changes to your protocol, as needed. These visits help you to see the progress you've made and to stay on track with respect to your objectives. As you achieve your health goals, the number of visits is reduced to help you maintain your results.

Phone Consults:
Some of our patients are house-bound, or have moved; in these cases and under special circumstances, we can accommodate you via phone and e-mail consults.

Fees:
Naturopathic consults are billed at a flat hourly rate of $150.00.
The first hour-long visit is therefore $150.00, the second visit (45 minutes) is $112.50 and follow- ups,
(30-45 minutes) range from $75.00 to $112.50.
Taxes are not included in these prices.

Payment:
We accept payment in the form of VISA, MasterCard, Debit, personal cheques and cash. Insurance receipts are provided for all Naturopathic consults.
